                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM STEPHEN R. GASS AND
                   ELIZABETH B. GASS RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   73B-1, BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS III, TRACT
                   NO. 554, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF EIGHT
                   HUNDRED DOLLARS ($800.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Stephen R. Gass and Elizabeth
       B. Gass relative to Contract No. 73B-1, Big Ridge Collector 
Sewers
       III, Tract No. 554, for a total consideration of Eight Hundred
       Dollars ($800.00).
